  The location was good, although the map of Booking.com showed it about 10-minute away from where it actually was. This issue is probably more due to Booking.com than the property owner. We had some questions during our stay and property owner was very responsive.

  The host of the place replies immediately with every concern. Security guards and concierge staff are very polite and ready to help at the entrance of the building. The room is clean and no pest.

  The condo is nice and well kept, the building where it is placed well maintained and quiet, we never had to wait for elevators and it is not crowded. It is close to many restaurants.

  Unit is clean and spacious with simple decors– everything inside is functional.
  Property was easily located by waze or gmaps -just use the property name itself. It's just a few meters from Makati Avenue and Century City. For convenience, restaurants/ banks/cafes/ a mall/pharmacy/and convenience stores are everywhere. Also a good walking distance to various clubs for partygoers since it's in Poblacion area.
  Host was responsive with my queries.
  
  What could be improved: It's beyond the host's control, but the noise– from nearby construction site that went on 'til dawn, also sirens and latenight parties from nearby clubs as expected.
  I think the pillows need to be washed or changed because of their funky smell.

  What could be improved: The location displayed on Booking.com map does not correspond to the real location of the apartment.
  The correct location is: 14°33'57.9"N 121°01'44.6"E. Search on google "Toccare SPA".
  It is approximately 15 min on foot or 5 minutes by car from the location shown on Booking.com map. As we arrived late in the night and it was the first time in Manila, it was not a pleasing experience to find ourselves in the middle of the road without knowing where to go. Luckily the owner responded to our call and thanks to a very kind Grab driver, we could reach the condo lobby.
