What really sold me on the place was the building’s facilities – there’s this pool area on one of the upper floors that’s never too crowded, probably because most people don’t realize it’s there. The gym is small but well-maintained, and the parking situation is actually manageable, which if you’ve driven around Quezon City, you know that’s not something to take for granted. The staff at the front desk genuinely seemed to know what they were doing too, not just going through the motions. I had this issue with the wifi on my second day, and instead of the usual “we’ll look into it” response, someone was up to fix it within like twenty minutes. Location-wise, you’re close enough to the main QC spots without being right in the thick of all that traffic chaos – it’s maybe a fifteen-minute ride to the shopping areas along EDSA, but you can actually sleep at night without hearing jeepneys honking until dawn.
