What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being right in the heart of Makati. You’d think with Ayala Avenue Extension right there you’d be dealing with constant traffic noise, but the building’s positioned well enough that you can actually sleep without earplugs. The kitchen setup is legit too – I mean, you can cook real meals here, not just reheat convenience store finds like in most hotel rooms. The air conditioning works like a dream, which honestly is half the battle in Manila’s heat.

Here’s the thing though – location-wise, this place is kind of perfect if you know Makati at all. You’re walking distance to all the Ayala Center shops and restaurants, but you’re not paying those crazy Greenbelt hotel prices. I found myself grabbing coffee at the local spots along Yakal Street in the mornings, then heading over to the business district when I needed to. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained – there’s proper front desk service and decent elevators, none of that sketchy condo building vibe you sometimes get with these rental units. Parking can be a bit tight if you’re driving, but honestly, with grab cars everywhere and the walkability factor, you probably won’t need a car anyway. The 8.9 rating from other guests seems about right – it’s not luxury resort territory, but for the price point and the genuine Manila living experience, it delivers exactly what it promises. Plus, the management actually responds when you need something, which is more than I can say for some of the fancier places I’ve stayed at in the area.

  Everything! It’s the Best staycation we’ve ever had!! It was just a shame we only booked for 3 days. Gonna book for a month next time!!! The place was clean and pretty, didn’t expect much about it, but the place was impressive than the places I’ve booked in the past. Easy to book a grab, grocery is just in the building, restaurants also. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. It’s really worth the price.

  I had a great stay. The room is clean and the facilities are great. There really is a great view as advertised. There's also a mall beside the tower so it's easy to fetch what you need.

  This is indeed great view, the condo is a standard size for this type of condominium in Manila. The check-in was really great, I was given a code and I could go inside. The host was very accommodating too. The apartment was clean, there is a washing machine there, a very comfortable bed, a sofa, TV set with netflix. There's a shopping mall inside the building! and a plethora of shops. Another, slightly bigger mall (in The Rise) is within 100 meters, there are restaurants, and very good shops there. All in all highly recommended.
  
  What could be improved: It's not the apartment per se, but the whole building has a problem with roaches, which stems from improper garbage disposal. It's is a hard problem to tackle, so you have to get used to them. I spotted two. The furniture is a bit used too, the placement of electrical outlets is not very good. The TV set is laggy.
