While Homestead keeps things relatively straightforward with amenities, what they do have works well. The restaurant serves decent international and Filipino dishes, though honestly, with Poblacion right outside your door, you’ll probably want to explore the neighborhood’s incredible food scene. There’s parking available, which is actually a bigger deal than it sounds when you’re dealing with Makati traffic and limited street parking. The property also maintains a small fitness area and business facilities — nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate for most travelers’ needs.

  The location n convenience. I had stayed their for a few days of privacy becuz I was staying with my brother next door at the Century Spire Condominiums, which I am staying with him again.
  
  What could be improved: That the neighborhood lost power becuz of a bad transformer that blew n was without power from 7:45pm until 4am :(. Other than that no issues n not the fault of the owner of the place.
