  The apartment has everything you need to live in permanently if you wished. Garbage collection twice a day. 24 hour building staff. Everything works and all appliances are very new. The bathroom is great and the shower is more than big enough for two people. It’s in easy walking distance to everything you need. The owner is easy to contact if you need help.

  The location is 10/10, right in the center of BGC. The room has a complete setup with washing machine and dryer, kitchen, decent size bathroom, and a nice view of BGC from our room. Check-in and check out instructions is straight forward and we didn’t have any issues.
