  We had a minor issue during check-in—it was partly our own situation since we didn’t have a local Philippine SIM card, so we couldn’t call the host directly. We had to communicate our arrival time only through Booking messages. Despite that, the host was very warm and proactive—they came to the lobby to find us and personally brought us to our room.
  
  The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The location is very close to Mall of Asia, which was extremely convenient since we had an early flight the next day from Manila. The neighborhood felt safe and lively—we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Manila!

  It’s near in MOA, the owner is friendly and helps us when there’s a problem or don’t know how to used appliances.

  The property was rented by a friendly family that took time to make me feel very appreciated and comfortable. They were some of the kindest people I have ever met and I am fortunate to now consider them friends.
  
  There is an exercise room and the pool that are both in close proximity to the rental. It is within walking distance to several restaurants, the Mall of Asia, and the ferry ride to the Camaya Coast.
  
  What could be improved: I can’t think of anything.
