  The location is very close to the mall. Very convenient!
  Great view of the canal! Great value for the price. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice ambiance of the room and the terrace view is phenomenal. Air-conditioning working well. Room is Very spacious for two people. Wifi was great and TV with Netflix as well. Most of all.. It's very easy to communicate with the owner and very responsive as well.

  the aircon was so cold. very aesthetic. clean. hot water works. water flow is good. towels are ready. there is. backdoor access to the mall. the sofa was comfy. we were not suppose to get the place. it was a replacement since the original place we were supposed to stay had a broken aircon so we needed to lvpe to another unit. there was a little delay at the reception but the host quickly resolved the issue.
  
  What could be improved: there was no blackout curtain my toddler woke up early coz it was bright. there was no fan in the living room. if the bedroom cold air from ac wont flow to the living room. the shoe rack is broken. internet is slow and there was no netflix we had to login to our account. more pillows
