What really sold me was the attention to details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days: decent water pressure, blackout curtains that actually block light, and – thank god – reliable wifi that doesn’t cut out every time someone in Manila decides to stream a movie.

The location thing is honestly what makes or breaks this place depending on what you’re after. If you want to be in the heart of Makati or BGC, this isn’t your spot. But if you’re planning to hit up Mall of Asia anyway (and let’s be real, most people do), or if you’re catching early flights out of NAIA – which is literally like 10 minutes away – then you’re golden. The mall connection means you can grab everything from groceries to last-minute souvenirs without dealing with Manila’s legendary traffic jams. I actually ended up spending more time than expected just wandering around the bay area in the evenings. There’s something kind of meditative about watching the sunset over the water, especially after a day of navigating the controlled chaos that is metro Manila. The pool area on the building’s amenity deck isn’t huge, but it’s clean and rarely crowded – probably because most guests are too busy exploring to lounge around. One small thing that impressed me: the front desk staff actually knew the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to Intramuros without taking a taxi, they didn’t just shrug and hand me a business card for their preferred driver. They walked me through the LRT connections and even mentioned which car to board to avoid the worst crowds during rush hour.

  Check in process was smooth, host was kind enough to give me early access as well. The condo is so clean, smells good & well thought of. Will definitely go back here if we wanna be close to MOA.
