The balcony situation is where this four-star condo really shines. I spent way too much time out there just watching people splash around in the pool – there’s something oddly relaxing about it, especially in the late afternoon when the light hits just right. The unit itself (546, if you’re keeping track) feels more spacious than typical hotel rooms in this price range, and you actually get a proper kitchen setup, which saved me a fortune on meals. The furnishing is modern enough without being sterile, though I did notice the Wi-Fi can get a bit sluggish during peak hours – probably everyone in the building streaming Netflix at once.

What really sold me on this place was how it strikes this perfect balance between being connected to everything and still feeling like you have your own space. You’re right there in the Mall of Asia Complex, so grabbing dinner, catching a movie, or just wandering around when the weather gets too humid is effortless. But when you want to escape back to your balcony with a cold drink and just decompress, you can do that too. The building’s pretty well-maintained, and I appreciated that the elevators actually worked consistently – trust me, that’s not always a given in Manila. The staff at the front desk were genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions. I had some questions about getting to the airport early in the morning, and they actually knew the bus schedules off the top of their heads. With an 8.2 rating, I’d say it’s earned that score honestly – it’s not perfect, but it delivers on what it promises without any major surprises.

  "We had a pleasant stay! The location is very accessible—there’s a convenience store just across the building and several food stalls right under the condo, which made everything super convenient. It’s easy to get around using Grab or any transport app, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. On the day we checked out, we were almost late for our flight and didn’t have enough time to take out the trash, but the cleaner was very polite and kindly assisted us. Overall, it’s a great place for a short and comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us!
  
  What could be improved: The unit had a slight odor upon entering, and some of the furniture showed signs of wear. However, the place was clean and tidy, with no mess at all. All the appliances were in good working condition. We only stayed overnight and used the space mainly for rest, which was comfortable and sufficient. The balcony also offers a lovely view, great for Instagram-worthy photos. Just to clarify, I don’t have any complaints about the place; this is simply honest and constructive feedback.

  We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The unit is kinda small but the room itself is very clean and I like how the host decorated the unit so it looks more vibrant and comfy. I like how big the TV was and the bed and couch are both comfy. An overall satisying stay here!
