I mean, you can stumble back from dinner at Blackbird or grab your morning coffee from the little café downstairs without even thinking about it. The building itself sits right in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to the action but far enough from the main Bonifacio High Street chaos that you can actually sleep at night. Pro tip: request a unit facing away from 9th Avenue if you’re a light sleeper – the weekend traffic can get a bit much around 2 AM.

What really impressed me was how they managed to make a one-bedroom feel genuinely spacious without wasting square footage. The living area flows naturally into this compact but well-equipped kitchen (honestly, better than my actual apartment), and there’s this floor-to-ceiling window situation that makes the whole place feel twice as big as it actually is. The bed is ridiculously comfortable – I’m talking hotel-quality linens and pillows that actually support your neck properly. Small detail, but the shower pressure is excellent, which matters more than you’d think after walking around BGC all day. The building amenities are solid too – the pool deck has this great view of the skyline, and the gym is small but has everything you need. Parking can be tight during peak hours, but the security guys are helpful about finding you a spot. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I’m in Manila for work – the WiFi is rock solid, and there’s enough space to spread out your laptop without feeling cramped.
