The cluster setup means you’ve got neighbors, but the East Wing positioning keeps things relatively quiet – I barely heard any hallway noise, even with Filipino families who, let’s be honest, know how to have a good time. Parking‘s available if you’re brave enough to drive in Manila, though I’d honestly recommend just using Grab for most trips. The 8.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s those little touches like having enough outlets near the bed and actual water pressure in the shower that bump this place above the competition.   It served a purpose. Late arrival and early flight. Very close to the airport. Walkable, but maybe not in the rain. Comfortable bed.
  
  What could be improved: The light wasn't working in the bathroom. The AC was very old and the controls were by manual dials. There was also a fan, which i used for sleeping because the AC wasn't able to be set to a particular temperature.
  The exhaust fan over the stove was not able to be switched off and the filter was covered in such a thick layer of dust, i couldn't stand it, so I cleaned it.

  A very modern apartment block and a very spacious room with lots of amenities. It is also only a 10 minute way to Terminal 3 so was fantastic for our early morning flight
  
  What could be improved: The check in process was rather confusing, and I do feel as though the host could benefit from having a lockbox for the key to save contacting a host, then a co-host, then arriving at the property and checking in with concierge, and then waiting for the co-host to take you up to the room and give you the key at an arranged time.

  Its my 2nd time around and we love it ❤️ very comfy
  There's 24hrs security around so ur safe. Also please remind the host/caretaker early in the morning to prepare your afternoon or evening arrival time. They have a really good service. Idont know why some people says they won't accommodate u early. Its the opposite, just remind them early!
  
  What could be improved: Due to massive strict, i dont like how slow the admin handle our case of being taken care of sub-caretaker. But still everything is good. The caretakers really do their best to let you check in. Thankyou ❤️
