New Cozy Condo in Eastwood Overview
First Impressions
Walking into New Cozy Condo in Eastwood, you immediately get that “home away from home” feeling that’s honestly pretty rare in Quezon City. This four-star property sits right on Palm Tree Avenue, and I mean, the name says it all — it’s genuinely cozy without being cramped. The building itself has this modern residential vibe that feels more like staying at a well-appointed friend’s place than a typical hotel. You know what really struck me? The attention to detail in the common areas, which gives you a good hint about what to expect once you get to your room.
The Eastwood Advantage
Here’s the thing about this location — Eastwood City is basically Quezon City’s answer to a self-contained urban playground, and this condo puts you right in the thick of it. You’re literally walking distance from Eastwood Mall, which honestly saves you so much hassle when you need anything from groceries to late-night snacks. The area has this interesting mix of business district energy during the day and entertainment hub vibes at night. I actually found myself just wandering around the neighborhood because there’s always something happening — street food vendors, coffee shops that locals actually frequent, and that whole Eastwood Citywalk scene that’s pretty lively without being overwhelming.
Living Space Reality
The condo setup is where this place really shines, especially if you’re tired of cramped hotel rooms. You get actual living space here — I’m talking about a proper seating area where you can actually relax, not just perch on the edge of a bed. The kitchen situation is particularly clutch if you’re staying more than a couple nights; it’s fully equipped enough that you could actually cook a real meal if you wanted to. The bedroom feels separate from the living area, which might sound obvious but makes such a difference when you’re trying to maintain some semblance of normal routine. Plus, there’s decent parking if you’re driving around Manila — and trust me, that’s not something you should take for granted in this city.
The Neighborhood Pulse
What I really appreciate about staying here is how it connects you to actual Manila life rather than keeping you in some tourist bubble. The surrounding streets have this authentic residential feel where you’ll see families going about their daily business, but you’re still close enough to business centers that you don’t feel isolated. There are local eateries within a few blocks that serve incredible Filipino food at prices that’ll make you wonder why hotel restaurants charge so much. The area feels safe for walking around, even in the evenings — something that couples particularly seem to notice, based on how highly they rate the location.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.5 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen — it reflects how this place manages to hit that sweet spot between comfort and authenticity. You’re getting the space and amenities of a proper apartment with the service standards of a quality hotel. The location consistently gets top marks because it’s genuinely well-positioned — close enough to major attractions and business areas, but tucked into a neighborhood that feels real rather than manufactured for tourists. Honestly, it’s the kind of place where you could easily extend your stay because it doesn’t feel like you’re camping out in a hotel room.

What could be improved: Found cockroaches.Very Good – Maj from Singapore – April 26, 2025 (8/10)
We had a pleasant stay at the condo. The location was convenient, and the unit was generally clean and comfortable. The stay was good and communication with the host was smooth.
What could be improved: However, we did encounter a couple of small issues. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made it a bit challenging to enjoy a proper shower. Additionally, we saw a couple of small cockroaches in the kitchen on our first night, which was a bit off-putting.Exceptional – Llewellyn from United States – March 1, 2025 (10/10)
