The building’s amenities are solid too – there’s a decent pool area where you can decompress after dealing with Manila’s traffic, and honestly, the gym is better equipped than I expected. Location-wise, you’re in this interesting sweet spot where you can walk to MOA in about ten minutes, catch those iconic bay walks along the baywalk area, but still feel somewhat removed from the absolute chaos of central Manila. I noticed the Seaside Boulevard entrance gives you pretty direct access without having to navigate through too much of the mall madness, which is clutch if you’re coming back late.

The practical stuff matters here too – parking is straightforward (thank goodness, because finding spots around MOA can be a nightmare), and the check-in process was refreshingly efficient.
