I mean, Pasay gets a bad rap sometimes – people think it’s all just airport transit and mall crowds – but staying here actually puts you right in the sweet spot of Manila’s entertainment district. You’re literally walking distance from SM Mall of Asia (and trust me, you’ll end up there at least twice), plus Star City is close enough that you can hear the roller coaster screams on weekends, which is either charming or annoying depending on your tolerance for that sort of thing. The LRT connection is genuinely useful too – no need to deal with the nightmare that is Manila traffic when you want to explore other parts of the city. I found myself hopping on trains way more than I expected, actually.

What impressed me most was how they managed to make a studio space feel genuinely spacious and, well, modern without going overboard on the minimalist thing that can make places feel cold. The design has this clean, contemporary vibe that doesn’t scream “I’m trying too hard to be trendy.” Everything works the way it should – decent WiFi, reliable air conditioning (crucial in Manila’s heat), and a kitchenette that’s actually functional if you want to grab groceries from the nearby markets instead of eating out every meal. The building itself sits on a quieter stretch of Leveriza, so you’re not dealing with constant street noise, though mornings can get a bit lively with local vendors setting up shop. Check-in was surprisingly smooth – none of that bureaucratic runaround you sometimes get at smaller properties. The staff seemed to actually know the neighborhood well enough to give decent recommendations, which honestly made a bigger difference than I thought it would. It’s one of those places where the 10-star rating makes sense once you’re there – not because it’s luxury resort fancy, but because everything just works and the location gives you so many options without the premium price tag you’d pay for staying right in Makati or BGC.

  The location was very good as it was walking distance to the SDA church. That was very important for us. All in all the facility was excellent, there was no issues, all went very smoothly.
  
  What could be improved: It is very simple, and have everything you need for short stay. The place is very clean, but there is no lift to get to your room, you do have to carry your luggage up. Otherwise it is an excellent location, close to the SDA church, bus stops, train station. The travel to the big mall is only a 15 minute ride using Grab.
