The balcony furniture is comfortable enough that you’ll actually use it, which isn’t always the case with these places. And honestly, with a 9.3 rating, I was expecting maybe some hidden catch, but the WiFi was fast, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower had proper water pressure – those little things that can make or break a stay. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained, and the staff at the front desk actually knew the neighborhood well enough to give decent restaurant recommendations. You know what surprised me most? How quiet it was at night, considering you’re right in the heart of one of Manila’s busiest areas. I’m usually a light sleeper, but the traffic noise barely registered once I closed the sliding door to the balcony.
