NAIA Terminal 3 Insane Interior, Be the Boss Overview

First Impressions

Walking into NAIA Terminal 3 Insane Interior, Be the Boss, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from the name alone — but wow, they weren’t kidding about the interior. This four-star property on Newport Boulevard has this bold, almost theatrical design that immediately grabs your attention. The lobby feels like someone gave a creative director unlimited freedom, and you know what? It actually works. There’s something refreshing about a hotel that doesn’t play it safe with beige everything. The moment you step through those doors, you understand why this place has earned such devoted fans.

Location Perks

Here’s the thing about staying in Pasay — you’re basically at the heart of Manila’s entertainment district, and this hotel sits right in the sweet spot. Newport Boulevard puts you walking distance from Resorts World Manila, which means you’ve got shopping, dining, and entertainment literally at your doorstep. The airport proximity is obviously huge if you’re flying in or out (Terminal 3 is right there), but honestly, the area has grown into its own destination. Couples seem to get this — they’ve rated the location 8.9, and I can see why. The neighborhood offers the perfect balance of accessibility and atmosphere.

The Room Experience

My room had that same bold design philosophy as the lobby, but thankfully they dialed it back just enough to actually be comfortable. The space feels modern without being cold, and the attention to detail is pretty impressive for a four-star property. What really stood out was how quiet everything was despite being in such a busy area — the soundproofing actually works. The bathroom setup is solid too, with good water pressure and decent toiletries that don’t feel like an afterthought. You’ll find yourself genuinely relaxed in this environment.

Practical Advantages

One thing that immediately won me over was the parking situation — they’ve got private spots on-site, which is honestly a game-changer in this part of Manila. If you’ve ever tried to find parking around Newport, you’ll appreciate not having to circle blocks or pay ridiculous rates at nearby lots. The staff seems genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions. They know the area well and can point you toward good local spots that aren’t just the obvious tourist traps. This level of service makes a real difference during your stay.

Why Guests Love It

Recent guests have been rating this place 9.1 for location, and after staying here, I get it. You’re close enough to everything that matters — the airport, Resorts World, decent restaurants — but you’re not dealing with the chaos of staying right in Makati or BGC. The 8.6 overall rating feels about right; it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Manila, but it delivers on what it promises. The “be the boss” tagline might sound cheesy, but there’s something to be said for a hotel that lets you feel settled and in control rather than constantly accommodating their quirks. This property understands what modern travelers actually need.

Hotels near me in Manila offer convenient access to Rizal Park, where guests can easily walk to Intramuros historic district, Manila Cathedral, and authentic Filipino restaurants serving traditional cuisine.
