The studio itself is surprisingly spacious, with a full kitchen that actually has everything you need (I’m talking real plates, not those flimsy things some places give you). The bed’s comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that hotel-bed backache, and the whole place has this lived-in feel that somehow works. The swimming pool downstairs is nothing spectacular, but it’s clean and usually pretty quiet during weekday afternoons – perfect for a quick dip after dealing with Manila’s humidity.

What really sold me on this place was the location. Sure, it’s not right in the heart of everything, but that’s actually why I liked it. You’re close enough to NAIA that you won’t stress about catching early flights (maybe 15-20 minutes depending on traffic), but far enough away that you’re not hearing planes all night. The neighborhood around Paranaque feels more real than touristy – there’s a decent 7-Eleven within walking distance, and some solid local food spots that won’t break the bank. The WiFi actually works as advertised, which is saying something, and that 5G connection meant I could work from the room without wanting to throw my laptop out the window. Parking‘s available if you’re renting a car, though honestly, grab apps work fine from here. The only minor thing is that the building’s elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours, but I mean – that’s apartment living in Manila for you. At an 8.7 rating, this place knows what it’s doing, and for the price point, you’re getting genuine value rather than paying for marble lobbies you’ll never use.

  Great location. Great value. Room was super comfy. Felt safe and pool was fantastic.
