But this four-star gem in the Shore 2 residences completely changed my perspective on what a hotel experience can be. Located right in Barangay 76, you’re actually in one of those modern residential complexes that locals love, which means you get that authentic Manila Bay area vibe without the tourist trap feeling.

The thing that really got me was how quiet it is inside – I mean, you’re technically in Pasay, so you expect the usual city noise, but the residential setup creates this bubble of calm. The rooms feel more like upscale apartments than typical hotel boxes, which makes sense given the building’s dual purpose. You know what I really appreciated? The kitchenette setup actually works – not like those sad hotel “kitchens” with a broken microwave. I ended up cooking breakfast a couple mornings because there’s a decent grocery store just a few blocks away, and honestly, it felt more natural than rushing to some overpriced hotel restaurant.

The location is pretty clever if you think about it. You’re close enough to the airport that you don’t have to deal with Manila’s legendary traffic for hours, but you’re not stuck in some sterile airport hotel either. The mall scene around here is solid – SM Mall of Asia isn’t far if you need that full shopping experience, but there are smaller spots nearby where you can grab essentials without the weekend crowds. What really sealed it for me was the staff’s approach – they run it like a hotel but with this residential building courtesy that feels less scripted. The 9.2 rating makes perfect sense once you spend a night or two there. It’s not trying to be some flashy resort, but it nails the basics so well that you actually want to extend your stay. Perfect for business trips or those times when you want to explore Manila Bay without the chaos of staying right in the thick of everything.

  We really love the service! He was very kind, considerate, respectful, and lots of effort for us, guests too! The place is really comfy and we really like the part too that there is a spare futon which we used and he also gave us a tour and easy to communicate with too! Wifi signal is also nice. It would be cool if there are some basic kitchen needs included or extra purchase like coffee, milo, etc. For guests to not go outside for it

  The host is very nice and accommodating. This is the best staycation I have ever been. Walking distance to Sm moa, near world trade center, very convenient in terms of restaurants, transpo and convenient store. We have enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Sam, he's very good.

  Had to re-book this unit for some reasons and they let me. Thank you for that chance. What you see in the picture is what you get. Seems like a new unit. Super clean, organized and comfy. Great wifi signal. TV with netflix is a plus. New towels, new linens, new kitchen wares etc. Place is near Mall of Asia and many restaurants, shops are nearby. There are plenty of chinese restaurants and groceries within the area, 24/7 convenience stores and Starbucks.
  
  What could be improved: Mobile or network signal is too weak (for Globe users) Cant book a grab while inside the lobby. You have to go outside the building to book a grab car. But the wifi in the unit was fast. Regarding the security deposit, although it's refundable after checkout, you should have informed us prior after booking. I was shocked to hear that. Please indicate it in the booking site so that we'll be aware that there will be a security deposit in advance.
