You know what really surprised me about OASIS CHIC By THE BAY PASAY CITY Near Mall of Asia? I mean, with a name that long, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect – but this place actually gets it right. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels around the Mall of Asia area, and most of them feel like they’re trying too hard to be something they’re not. This four-star spot in the Central Business Park area feels different though, sort of like someone actually thought about what travelers need instead of just cramming in amenities.

The location is genuinely smart if you know Pasay at all. You’re tucked away from the main Roxas Boulevard chaos but still close enough to walk to MOA when you feel like dealing with those weekend crowds. I appreciated that they’re in Zone 10 because it means you avoid the worst of the traffic snarls that happen closer to the bay – you can actually get a taxi or Grab without waiting forever. The building itself sits in this newer development area, so everything feels clean and well-maintained, not like some of the older hotel districts where you’re dodging construction and questionable sidewalks. What really sold me was the bay proximity without the bay noise, if that makes sense. You get that slightly cooler evening breeze but you’re not dealing with the constant hum of tourists and street vendors that hits places right on the waterfront.

Honestly, the rooms surprised me too – they’ve got this modern setup that doesn’t feel sterile, and the beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about this after too many rock-hard hotel mattresses). The bathrooms have decent water pressure, which you can’t always count on in this part of Manila. I noticed they keep the common areas really clean, and the staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing instead of just going through the motions. The parking situation is solid too, which matters if you’re renting a car or having someone pick you up – none of that circling-the-block nonsense you get at some of the bigger chain places. I’d definitely come back, especially since the whole Central Business Park area is getting more interesting with new restaurants and cafes opening up. It’s one of those places that works whether you’re here for business meetings or just want a decent base for exploring Manila without staying right in the thick of everything.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Manila at least two months ahead for major events like cultural festivals and religious celebrations, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near popular historic attractions.

  Fantastic location right by Mall of Asia. Gorgeous Condo building with friendly, helpful, professional staff. Host was amazing in every way, fast to respond to any questions, goes above and beyond. We will stay here again my next trip shortly and we were so impressed and bragged about this property that my Uncle and 2 other friends have had me send them the link to this property to use when they come to Manila.
  
  What could be improved: Hard to come up with things we didn't like. If I had to nitpick the facility charges 150 pesos per guest to use the pool. The gym is not allowed for guests to use only people who own the condo so that was a let down. But this is the Condo building rules and nothing that the host can control. 100% excellent A plus stay all the way!
