The building itself has this modern glass facade that catches the light beautifully during golden hour, though I’d recommend requesting a unit facing away from Ayala Avenue Extension if you’re sensitive to traffic noise – it’s not terrible, but you’ll notice it during rush hours. The staff here genuinely knows their stuff too; they’re not just reading from scripts, and they’ll give you real recommendations about which restaurants nearby are worth your time and which ones are tourist traps.

Actually, the location is what makes this place special – you’re right in that sweet spot where business district meets lifestyle district. Glorietta and Greenbelt are your neighbors, Century City Mall is a short Grab ride away, and honestly, some of the best hole-in-the-wall Filipino restaurants are scattered around the residential streets just behind the building. The pool area on the upper floors gives you decent city views (nothing Instagram-famous, but pleasant enough for morning coffee), and the gym is better equipped than most hotel fitness centers I’ve used. With a 9.5 rating, they’re clearly doing something right, and after spending time there, I can see why guests keep coming back. It’s one of those places where the details just work – reliable WiFi, hot water that’s actually hot, air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a helicopter, and that rare combination of being centrally located without feeling like you’re camping in a shopping mall.

  The Host, Gemma, was a fantastic help from start to finish. The staff was super nice, security was tight and you always felt safe, and the room was very nicely designed and comfortable. The view was also very scenic and even more beautiful at night. Additionally, the area boasts many nice and diverse restaurants, ensuring you'll never get bored by your food choices. A perfect retreat for a couple!
  
  What could be improved: The shower is functional but one head barely works and the main head is works at about 50%. Besides this fact, the Condo and the overall stay were amazing!
