The room feels more like a proper apartment than a hotel stay, which is exactly what you want when you’re planning to spend more than a night or two. There’s actual counter space in the kitchenette (not just a mini-fridge shoved in a corner), and the living area doesn’t feel cramped even with the dining table.   What could be improved: Unusual bed configuration, balcony not usable, no soap etc in room, swimming pool has to be paid for each day to use it… you have to visit the admin office and complete forms… took 10-15 mins each day (can't buy multi day entry) Lifts very congested.

  What could be improved: I wasn’t given the name of the place so there was a bit if a problem as the taxi driver asks for the address , I gave hin Oceanview Condo, near MOA , not until I the attachment where i found the property location address. Must be the long tiring flight that made my mood a bit irritated and was arguing about the the address to the driver as he cant find it in Google search map, 🤣🤣🤣. overall, i made it to my accommodation. Instruction was sent to me to follow for check in.

  The location was quite nice, right off a major road and had a shop within the condominium, was a luxury housing unit that the host rented out. Facilities were clean overall, very nice, communication with host was usually very good. Neighborhood had a lot of interesting things to see, 30 min walk to Mall of Asia. 30 minute drive to NAIA airport.
  
  What could be improved: While there was fully stocked cups and plates and silverware, there was no bottle opener or knife, very strange. Additionally, the building made frequent loud bangs from the water traveling through the pipes, which happened every 1-5 minutes for about 10 seconds, making it very hard to sleep as the sound was very loud and couldn't be masked by a fan. I let the management know about it. Additionally, part of the reason I booked the property was for the pool, however every time I wanted to use the pool, I had to register with the management and pay a fee, which I did not see listed at all in the listing and only found out about after arriving, seems a bit misleading, and made access to the pool harder. Overall the place was nice, could have done without the noise but it's an issue with the building and the water pressure, I think.

  The Apartment was clean with plenty of space. Kitchenette and laundry facilities were great. Great view of the beach for sunset over the water. Only a short cab to major shopping precinct with everything you need.
  
  What could be improved: No access to the gym for non-residents. Walking to nearby restaurants is not recommended for solo female travellers.
