What I love is how quiet it gets at night – being in an actual residential building means you’re not dealing with the constant lobby chatter and elevator traffic that comes with traditional hotels. The parking situation is actually decent too, which anyone who’s driven around Paranaque will tell you is not something to take lightly. I did notice the elevators can get a bit slow during peak hours when residents are coming home from work, but that’s such a minor thing compared to having a full apartment setup.

Here’s the thing that really sold me on this place – you’re minutes away from some of the best local food spots that tourists never find because they’re stuck in the usual hotel bubble. There’s this fantastic carinderia just down the road that serves the kind of authentic Filipino breakfast that’ll ruin hotel buffets for you forever. Plus, being on the service road means you can actually get around Manila without the nightmare traffic you’d face from more central locations. The whole experience feels less like staying at a hotel and more like temporarily living in the city, which is exactly what you want if you’re trying to get a real feel for Manila beyond the tourist spots. The value for what you get here is honestly pretty impressive – you’re paying for accommodation but getting the space and amenities of a proper apartment.

  It's a nice appertment.
  
  What could be improved: The appartment was not in the same location as advertised bij booking.com and the owner.
  
  We traveled to the exact location as show on booking.com. upon arriving there we learned the appartment was 10 km away.
  
  The response of the owner was that he send the adress 3 times and I confirmed it. In these messages wasn't any message like; hey, the adress is not the same.
  
  The owner kept repeating it and not once gave an apology. We had to spend extra money for taxi and we're all ready very tired from long travels.
