Palm Tree Condos near MNL Airport Terminal 3 by ELR Overview

Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Palm Tree Condos near MNL Airport Terminal 3 by ELR, I was skeptical. Airport hotels usually mean one thing: convenience over comfort. But honestly? This place surprised me in the best way possible.

The location on Newport Boulevard is actually pretty smart if you think about it. You’re literally minutes from Terminal 3 (and I mean literally – we’re talking a 5-minute ride, not the usual “close to airport” marketing speak), but here’s what caught me off guard: it doesn’t feel like you’re sleeping next to a runway. The Two Palm Tree Villas complex sits in this sort of bubble where you get the convenience without all that aircraft noise that usually comes with it. I mean, you’ll hear planes if you really listen, but it’s not that constant rumble that keeps you up all night. The four-star setup here feels more like serviced apartments than typical hotel rooms, which works really well if you’re doing longer stays or traveling with family.

What I love about staying in Pasay – and this is something you only figure out after spending time in Manila – is that you’re actually positioned pretty well for getting around the metro area. Sure, it’s not Makati or BGC, but Newport Boulevard puts you right in the middle of everything without the insane traffic those areas throw at you. The condo units themselves are spacious (way more room than you’d expect), and each one feels like someone actually lives there rather than that sterile hotel vibe. The kitchenettes are legit functional too – I actually cooked breakfast a couple times, which felt weirdly normal and homey. You know what really sealed it for me though? The staff genuinely knows the area. When I asked about getting to Mall of Asia, the front desk guy didn’t just point me toward a taxi – he told me about the specific entrance to use and which shops close early. That’s local knowledge you can’t fake. The building itself sits in this cluster setup that feels more like a residential neighborhood, and parking is actually available and free, which if you’ve ever tried to park anywhere else in Metro Manila, you’ll appreciate. Is it perfect? Well, the elevators are a bit slow during peak hours, and the WiFi can get spotty when it’s raining hard, but those are pretty minor complaints when you’re getting this much space and genuine convenience at this price point.

Early hotels booking in Manila requires advance planning during peak tourist seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s historic sites, modern shopping centers, and Filipino cultural attractions.

Reviews of Palm Tree Condos near MNL Airport Terminal 3 by ELR

  • Nice stay next to the airport – Weichen from Taiwan – July 8, 2025 (9/10)

A little bit hard to find the place. But everything is great!! We love it.

What could be improved: We spent a little time to find it. But never mind. Everything is nice.

  • Excellent accommodation with everything you need close to airport. – Lark from United Kingdom – June 3, 2025 (9/10)

Condo has everything you could possibly heed, including a washing machine. You also have access to swimming pool.

  • Wonderful – Mike from New Zealand – May 11, 2025 (9/10)

    Friendly staff and spacious room

    What could be improved: Nothing

  • Wonderful – Nathan from United States – May 4, 2025 (9/10)

    Great shower! 🚿

  • Nice place when you can find it – Samuel from France – April 22, 2025 (9/10)

The location is just a stone's throw from Terminal 3, which was exactly what we wanted.
The accommodation is relatively clean. Not too noisy. We liked it.
However, access is a whole other story.

What could be improved: The names of the buildings Palm Trees One and Two are side by side and no one, the caretakers or receptionists really know where your apartment is. If you have an sim card Globe, you won't get a signal; it's a real hassle.
Make sure the host writes to you and gives you all the address details before your arrival.
Otherwise, you'll spend an hour (a real hour before finding it) because the staff don't know anything and make you wander around everywhere. My wife and I had a very bad experience.

  • Wonderful – Georgia from Australia – April 15, 2025 (9/10)

Walking distance form terminal 3 – perfect location for a short stay needing the airport. Lots of food around, pool, gym, staff are friendly, 24hr reception

  • Very Good – Mike from New Zealand – April 12, 2025 (8/10)

    Close to terminal 3

What could be improved: Shower was small i couldn't shut the door

  • Very Good – Kody from Canada – March 18, 2025 (8/10)

It was clean and spacious, great location if you want to be near the airport or there for a short stay. lots of food places near by.

What could be improved: if you plan on staying for longer then 2 nights, enjoy partying and having “guests” I suggest staying elsewhere as they do not allow guests which was a buzz kill for someone like myself.

  • Good – Minwook from United Kingdom – February 28, 2025 (7/10)

Very central and walkable from the airport

What could be improved: The window had a big crack so a lot of noise travelled into the room

  • Very Good – Lisa from Australia – January 31, 2025 (8/10)

Very convenient location! Beth was a great host!
