  What could be improved: Check in wasn’t smooth. I wasn’t informed that there was a north and south tower and the guard had to speak to the property caretaker or owner. I had to get a pool pass to use the pool which wasn’t mentioned.

  What could be improved: No welcome stufffs at least bottle of water and little toiletries, coffee/tea, bath towels are too small, tv not operating (not set up, I guess, and most of all no internet wifi. Those are just little things but will make the stay more welcoming.
