The bedroom’s got enough space to spread out, and the living area doesn’t feel cramped even when you’ve got luggage everywhere.

What really sold me on this place was how it sits in relation to everything else. You’re literally a five-minute walk from SM Mall of Asia – which sounds touristy, I know, but honestly that mall is a lifesaver when you need everything from decent coffee to last-minute shopping or just want to escape Manila’s heat for a few hours. The Seaside Boulevard strip has become this whole scene in recent years, with food trucks and outdoor bars that locals actually frequent, not just hotel guests. I spent most evenings just wandering around there, grabbing San Miguel from convenience stores and watching families bike along the waterfront. Parking isn’t a nightmare if you’re driving, though the security guards at the complex can be a bit overzealous about checking IDs – just roll with it. The sound situation is pretty good too; you’ll hear some traffic from Seaside Boulevard during rush hour, but it’s not the constant honking chaos you get in Makati or BGC. Check-in was straightforward enough, though you’re dealing with building security first, then the actual unit host, so factor in an extra fifteen minutes. For the price point and that view, plus being able to actually cook something if you want (the kitchen‘s small but functional), it beats most traditional hotels in this area hands down.

Hotel in Manila booking should be done early, especially during festival season when the city hosts internationally celebrated cultural events and street parades at historic venues.
