  Impeccably clean stocked with all amenities we needed for our stay. Location was right next to uptown mall and near excellent cafes and restaurants.

  Super clean, no bugs (I have stayed in these apartments often and it is sometimes the case in other units), easy communication and check in (late check in wasn't an issue and clearly handled)
  
  What could be improved: Pillows could be better quality. This particular unit 21N facing into the sunlight during the day making the room very hot. One aircon above the bedroom section of the studio wasn't working properly, making the property quite warm. Would recommend putting a filter screen on the windows to stop the heat or double glazing.
  
  Also should put shampoo and gel in the bathroom for guests. Both tubs were empty.

  Just amazing. The view from the 21st floor was beautiful, there is also a balcony. The room was spacious and clean. Tv with netflix or youtube and granophone.

  I had a bit of itchy reaction when i was sitting on it so need to use the extra bath towel to cover and sit on it

  Nous avons adoré notre court séjour d'une nuit dans ce magnifique appartement. De délicates attentions à notre arrivée, avec musique d'ambiance, grande propreté et agencement cosy. Tres bien situé à BGC. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps !
