The location in Rosewood Pointe is pretty smart if you ask me – you’re close enough to BGC that grabbing dinner at High Street or hitting up the weekend market doesn’t require planning your whole day around transportation, but you’re tucked away in Baranggay Ususan where it actually gets quiet at night. I mean, that’s harder to find than you’d think in Metro Manila. The Pearl Building itself feels secure without being overly formal, and parking wasn’t the nightmare I was expecting (though I’d still suggest asking about spots when you book). What really sold me on the place was how the bedrooms are laid out – they actually feel private from each other, which matters when you’re traveling with friends or family who keep different schedules.

The whole setup just works for people who want to experience Manila properly but still have a comfortable base to retreat to. You’ve got that Netflix ready to go for rainy afternoons, the kitchen is equipped enough that you can actually cook if you want to take a break from eating out, and the building’s amenities feel genuine rather than just for show. Plus – and this might sound small but it matters – the Wi-Fi actually handles video calls without drama, which saved me during a few work emergencies. The 9.2 rating makes sense once you’ve been there; it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in the city, but it delivers on the things that actually make a stay comfortable and memorable.

  The apartment was our home for 6 nights in Manila. It was comfortable and clean. The housekeeper Beth is very sweet and helpful! The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool onsite is lovely and we spent a lot of time there. There is free laundry available on the roof, which is also another big plus. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms are a decent size. They provided free water jugs for the water dispenser and we really felt very comfortable and safe here. There are guards at the front, but the Grab drivers can easily deliver to the unit and we easily ordered many rides to and from the unit via Grab. Communication before and during the stay was smooth via Booking App and WhatsApp. There's a lot to see and do in Taguig, the surrounding area, too.
  
  What could be improved: If I had to think of something to improve on, Extra blankets and towels would be nice to have in the unit. But it was not a big deal. If I really needed it, I'm sure Beth would have been able to easily bring more. She was always just a message away! Thank you for the lovely stay!

  It's my second stay at this apartment, and it's one of the best solutions to a stay in Manila I have been able to find, during my visits to the city.
  The apartment it self, is clean and well maintained and everything works, from water cooler, kitchen facilities to the water in bathroom and AC.
  The apartment is in a gated area with access to supermarket, cafe's and restaurant, so you actually don't have to leave the gated area, if you just want to relax and enjoy the quite surroundings, which is a rare opportunity to have, in a city like Manila.
  The host and ate Beth, is very accommodating if you have any requests, so I can highly recommend this place.

  The apartment was very clean, beds are comfortable, and I loved that there is a balcony. Exactly what it shows on the photos. And Ate Beth, who goes far and beyond to help us. And the wonderful owner ( Emil) who make sure our stay is enjoyable, and showing us all the facilities. It is not far from BGC, Venice Grand Canal and SM Aura. We had a wonderful stay, and definitely stay again. 😊
