  The location of the Tower, being close to MOA, the neatness and tidiness
  
  What could be improved: The location of the Refuse / Garbage Bin, being at the Basement of the building and getting there and back from the 10th Floor where the Unit was located was a task, increased with broken-down Elevator. It was also an investigative exercise to be informed about the location of the Refuse / Garbage Bin.
