I’ve stayed in other places around here where you’d need to grab a taxi for everything, but this location just works. The fact that recent guests rated the location 9.0 doesn’t surprise me at all. Plus, there’s private parking on site, which honestly is a game-changer if you’re planning to rent a car and explore beyond the city center.

The Space Itself

The unit I stayed in (1520, actually) felt more like a serviced residence than a hotel room. There’s this nice balance between having enough space to spread out and still feeling cozy — not too big that it feels impersonal, but roomy enough that you’re not tripping over your luggage. The kitchen setup is particularly thoughtful if you want to grab some local ingredients from the nearby markets and try cooking something yourself. The whole place has this clean, contemporary vibe that photographs well but also feels genuinely comfortable to live in for a few days.

I mean, the 9.7 rating speaks for itself, but what really impressed me was the attention to small details. The building amenities feel well-maintained rather than just flashy, and the staff actually seems to know what they’re doing. The views from the higher floors give you a nice perspective of Makati’s skyline, especially in the evening when everything lights up.

  I really enjoyed my stay in this unit! It’s much more spacious than other condos I’ve stayed in for the same price, giving me plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The space is clean, comfortable, and in a convenient yet quiet location — perfect for both exploring and unwinding. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Great value for the comfort and service you get — I’d gladly stay again and highly recommend it!
