It’s not going to win any design awards, and the lobby area is pretty minimal, but sometimes you just need a place that works without drama – good wifi, hot water that stays hot, air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine. For what it is, positioned where it is, this place delivers on the practical stuff that matters when you’re in transit through Manila.

  The host was very proactive already a few days prior to our arrival and welcomed us to this property personally – quite a contrast to some other properties in the same neighborhood where you have to deal with not-so-service oriented reception staff. This is a real big plus.
  
  The location of this property is simply great if you arrive in/depart from NAIA 3- terminal. It's within a comfortable walking distance through "Runway Manila" footbridge if your luggage allows walking.
  
  The flat was also nicely decorated and well equipped, even with washing machine and dryer.
