The apartment itself feels like someone actually thought about how people live, not just where they sleep. That 55-inch Google TV isn’t just marketing fluff – it’s properly mounted and the internet connection actually supports streaming without buffering every ten minutes (trust me, I tested this extensively with Netflix). The kitchen setup is surprisingly functional too, which matters more than you’d think when you’re staying in Pasay for more than a couple nights. I actually found myself cooking breakfast a few times instead of always heading out, partly because the grocery options at SM are so close, but also because the space just invites you to settle in a bit.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being so close to everything. You’d expect constant noise from the mall crowds and traffic along the bay area, but the building’s positioning and soundproofing work better than expected – though you’ll definitely hear some city sounds if you’re sensitive to that kind of thing. The area around Sea Residences gets pretty lively in the evenings, especially when there are events at the SMX Convention Center, but it never felt overwhelming. Actually, I kind of enjoyed watching the foot traffic from the window – there’s something energizing about being right in the middle of everything without the chaos spilling into your actual living space. The building staff knows the area inside and out too, which came in handy when I needed specific directions to some of the smaller restaurants tucked away behind MOA. Check-in was straightforward, though I’d recommend arriving during daytime hours if possible – the lobby gets a bit congested in the evenings when multiple guests are coming and going for dinner plans.

  You have everything you need just like your own house. It is near MOA and there is a small grocery nearby where you can buy food and other items you might quickly need. Very convenient and the daily rate is reasonable.
