Tuazon Boulevard, which sounds completely unremarkable until you realize you’re perfectly positioned between everything – Gateway Mall is basically across the street (trust me, you’ll end up there for groceries or a quick meal), and you’ve got easy access to both EDSA and the MRT if you need to get around the city. The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense feel that I appreciate – good security, reliable elevators, and the kind of maintenance that tells you someone actually cares about the place.

What really got me about this penthouse though was how it manages to feel like a proper retreat despite being in one of the busiest districts in the metro. The space is genuinely impressive – I’m talking floor-to-ceiling windows that make the most of that 24th-floor perch, and during the day you get these amazing views that stretch way beyond what you’d expect. At night, well, the city lights are pretty spectacular, though I’ll warn you that Cubao never really goes to sleep, so if you’re sensitive to urban sounds, maybe pack some earplugs. The suite itself feels more like a well-appointed apartment than a hotel room – there’s actual counter space in the kitchen area, decent storage, and the kind of layout that works whether you’re here for business or just want a base for exploring Manila. I mean, the 9.1 rating makes sense when you consider you’re getting premium space and views at a fraction of what you’d pay for something similar in Makati or BGC. Plus, there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels connected to the real rhythm of the city rather than tucked away in some sanitized bubble.

  Clean & Big space to stay while staying in Manila & mini stopover before heading back to US. Close to shops, groceries for pasalubong & fastfood,gourmet food & restos. Very accessible to all areas going outside the city. The owner was very responsive & prompt to all our questions. Will definitely comeback next time & highly recommended to all balikbayan visiting from their own province.

  I like the vicinity of the property and it’s being closed to mostly everything I mostly needed & restaurants . I would like to say Thank you so much for everything & providing to all the things we needed.
  
  What could be improved: Actually this is not my first time here and I find the management & care taker to be so responsive and caring thoughtful to all our needs but there’s only 1 missing that I wish they have a washing machine in the unit.

  The check in intructions were clear and easy to understand. The unit is very spacious. Has the things you needed. The entire unit smells good and all rooms are air conditioned.

  The tv remote control in one of the rooms already ran out of battery. The unit owner responds faster than the caretaker.

  The Unit is very clean and accessible. Location is good also. Appliances,rooms are all Air conditioned even the kitchen. Owner was so nice from the day I booked up to the end of our oir stay. We will sure book this unit again if we need a place for family and friends. Good for group of people.
