The floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around two sides of the unit, so natural light floods in throughout the day.

Here’s what I love about staying in Cubao — it’s not the touristy part of Metro Manila, so you get to see how the city actually works. You’re literally above one of the busiest transport hubs in the Philippines, which sounds chaotic but is actually brilliant for getting anywhere you need to go. The MRT station is right there, SM Cubao is a five-minute walk, and you’ve got jeepneys and buses heading in every direction. Plus, couples seem to really dig the area (the feedback shows they rate it super highly), probably because it feels more authentic than staying in the typical hotel districts.

The Neighborhood Experience

What surprised me most was how quiet the suite stays despite being in such a busy area — the soundproofing up on the 24th floor is solid. During the day, you can watch the controlled chaos of Cubao unfold below, but at night, it’s surprisingly peaceful. The building has decent security and parking if you’re driving, though honestly, you won’t need a car much from this location. There’s a 7-Eleven in the building lobby, which became my go-to for late-night snacks and essentials.

Why Guests Love It

The 9.5 location rating from recent guests makes total sense once you’ve stayed here — it’s that sweet spot where you’re connected to everything but not overwhelmed by tourist crowds. The penthouse setup gives you way more space than you’d get in a traditional hotel, and the views are genuinely Instagram-worthy without feeling like you’re paying just for the photo ops. It’s particularly great for couples who want something special but not overly fancy — there’s something romantic about having your own sky-high retreat in the middle of this vibrant, working part of the city.

  Clean & Big space to stay while staying in Manila & mini stopover before heading back to US. Close to shops, groceries for pasalubong & fastfood,gourmet food & restos. Very accessible to all areas going outside the city. The owner was very responsive & prompt to all our questions. Will definitely comeback next time & highly recommended to all balikbayan visiting from their own province.

  I like the vicinity of the property and it’s being closed to mostly everything I mostly needed & restaurants . I would like to say Thank you so much for everything & providing to all the things we needed.

  The check in intructions were clear and easy to understand. The unit is very spacious. Has the things you needed. The entire unit smells good and all rooms are air conditioned.

  The tv remote control in one of the rooms already ran out of battery. The unit owner responds faster than the caretaker.

  The Unit is very clean and accessible. Location is good also. Appliances,rooms are all Air conditioned even the kitchen. Owner was so nice from the day I booked up to the end of our oir stay. We will sure book this unit again if we need a place for family and friends. Good for group of people.
