But from the 8th floor of Tower A, you really do get this sweeping vista over Manila Bay that’s pretty spectacular when the city puts on its fireworks shows.

The whole setup is essentially a four-star condo-style accommodation right in the heart of Pasay, which honestly works better than I expected. The Sea Residences complex itself is this massive development that locals know well – it’s become sort of a landmark in the area. What I appreciated was the space you get compared to traditional hotel rooms. We’re talking proper living areas with kitchen facilities, which is a godsend when you’re staying more than a couple nights and getting tired of restaurant food. The building feels solid too, none of that creaky, thin-walled nonsense you sometimes get with newer developments. I mean, Manila can get pretty hectic noise-wise, but up on the 8th floor you’re insulated from most of the street chaos below.

Here’s the thing about the location – it’s actually pretty strategic if you know the area. You’re close enough to the airport that you don’t have to deal with Manila’s legendary traffic for hours, but you’re also connected to the main city areas without too much hassle. The mall scene is decent nearby, and honestly, the bay area has been getting better over the years. I noticed they’ve improved the waterfront areas significantly. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – no endless paperwork or confusion about amenities. The staff seemed to actually know their stuff, which you don’t always get with these condo-hotel arrangements. One small thing that impressed me was the elevator situation – in a building this size, you expect to wait forever, but they’ve got the system down pretty well. The whole place has this lived-in feeling that’s comfortable rather than sterile, probably because it’s part residential. Sure, it’s not going to give you that pristine luxury hotel experience, but there’s something nice about feeling like you’re actually staying somewhere real rather than just passing through another identical hotel room.

  Había Netflix y estaba cerca del centro comercial
  
  What could be improved: No estaba muy limpio , no tenía papel y olía raro . Además no pude dejar mi maleta en el alojamiento mientras estaba en el centro comercial antes de coger lo vuelo , ni la gente del edificio ni el anfitrión me ayudaron , de hecho me dijo q un amigo suyo se podía quedar la maleta y me cobraba 500 pesos ,una vergüenza. Me fui al centro comercial y allí pude guardarla gratis . La puerta de entrada con el código fallaba mucho . Todo muy impersonal

  The location is good and is near the famous establishments, especially MOA. The host (Mr. Reynil) is accommodating. The unit is clean and what we like the most was we were able to use the TV and watched Netflix (unlike other apartments we stayed, TV sets were outdated).
  
  What could be improved: Everything was good except the unit lacks kitchen utensils.
