I actually spent way too much time just standing on the balcony watching the boats go by. The rooms themselves feel more like serviced apartments than hotel rooms, which I loved. There’s actual counter space in the bathroom (you’d be surprised how rare that is), and the bed was one of those where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re being swallowed whole.

What really sets this place apart though is how the staff treats you – not with that overly formal hotel politeness, but more like you’re a friend of the family visiting. They remember your name after the first day, and they actually give useful local advice instead of just pointing you toward the tourist traps. The building itself is part of a larger complex, so there’s this nice community feel without being overwhelming. Parking was never an issue when I was there, which honestly can’t be said for a lot of places in this area. The only thing I’d mention is that because it’s in a residential-style tower, the hallways can be a bit quiet and echo-y – not a problem, just different from what you might expect. If you’re looking for that bustling hotel lobby scene, this might feel a bit subdued, but if you want somewhere that feels like a genuine retreat while still being connected to everything Manila has to offer, this place really delivers. Plus, the value for what you get is pretty impressive compared to some of the bigger name hotels in the area.

  Great location, walking distance to MOA and other malls and restaurants. Nice building. Room was relatively tidy. Good air conditioning.
  
  What could be improved: Bedbugs. Unfortunately, I only discovered the bites on the day I left, but I am covered in bites. Also, there were a few roaches in the room. The bathroom was somewhat tidy, but not very clean, with dirt and mould, and a musty smell.

  What could be improved: Heisen er alltid kaos og man venter nesten 30 min.
  Håndklærne er ikke bra.

  Reception area was nice, there were food options and pharmacy around.
  
  What could be improved: Room was old and gloomy, smaller than the photos. But they are trying to keep it clean, I can give them that. Check in process at the reception wasn’t smooth but the hosts ( owners of the unit) were friendly.
