Trees Residence in Quezon City with balcony. Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Trees Residence in Quezon City with balcony, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a place with such a straightforward name. But after staying there on Quirino Highway, I get it. The name actually tells you everything you need to know, and sometimes that’s refreshing in a world of overly clever hotel branding.
The first thing that hits you is how quiet it feels despite being in Quezon City. I mean, you’re still in Metro Manila, so there’s urban energy around you, but the property itself has this surprisingly peaceful vibe – probably thanks to all those trees they named themselves after. The balcony situation is legit too; mine overlooked some greenery, which honestly felt like a small miracle in this part of the city. What really impressed me about this four-star setup is how they’ve managed to create actual space. The rooms don’t feel cramped like so many places in Manila do, and that balcony isn’t just a token gesture – it’s actually usable. I found myself out there with coffee in the mornings, which isn’t something I’d normally do at a city hotel.
The staff here really knows their stuff, and I don’t just mean the usual hospitality training. They gave me solid local recommendations that weren’t the obvious tourist spots – little things like which jeepney routes actually work from this area and where to grab decent food nearby without getting gouged. Check-in was smooth, no drama, and they seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had what I needed. The whole place has this lived-in quality that feels more like staying at a well-run apartment building than a sterile hotel. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in this part of Manila will appreciate. You know what surprised me most? The 9.6 rating isn’t one of those inflated numbers you see sometimes. It actually makes sense when you’re there. The place delivers on the basics really well – solid WiFi, reliable hot water, clean everything – but then adds these thoughtful touches that show someone actually cares about the guest experience. The location on Quirino Highway puts you in a spot where you can get around the city without being stuck in the absolute worst of the traffic, though let’s be real, it’s still Metro Manila. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I needed to be in this part of Quezon City for business or family stuff. It’s got that rare combination of being professional without being stuffy, comfortable without being boring.

What could be improved: None.. everything is perfect .Very Poor – Corpus from Qatar – February 3, 2024 (2/10)
What could be improved: The cockroach was everywhere in the room. The space was too little for me, and there was no parking. It is very uncomfortable and hassle because there is no proper welcoming for arrival guests. It was like a self-service. I didn't enjoy the place sorry.

I like how the staff named Boleng who assisted us in our stay in our room 123 at Tower 6. She constantly communicate with us if there's more she can help us of anything. She definitely gave us that extra feeling of being "homey" in our second home.
What could be improved: I just spot some small cockroaches in the area of the building. I think the administrator/ management should look further on that so as to attract more visitors to come and stay more on the condotel.Exceptional – Terry from United States – August 14, 2023 (10/10)
