The rooms don’t feel cramped like so many places in Manila do, and that balcony isn’t just a token gesture – it’s actually usable. I found myself out there with coffee in the mornings, which isn’t something I’d normally do at a city hotel.

The staff here really knows their stuff, and I don’t just mean the usual hospitality training. They gave me solid local recommendations that weren’t the obvious tourist spots – little things like which jeepney routes actually work from this area and where to grab decent food nearby without getting gouged. Check-in was smooth, no drama, and they seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had what I needed. The whole place has this lived-in quality that feels more like staying at a well-run apartment building than a sterile hotel. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in this part of Manila will appreciate. You know what surprised me most? The 9.6 rating isn’t one of those inflated numbers you see sometimes. It actually makes sense when you’re there. The place delivers on the basics really well – solid WiFi, reliable hot water, clean everything – but then adds these thoughtful touches that show someone actually cares about the guest experience. The location on Quirino Highway puts you in a spot where you can get around the city without being stuck in the absolute worst of the traffic, though let’s be real, it’s still Metro Manila. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I needed to be in this part of Quezon City for business or family stuff. It’s got that rare combination of being professional without being stuffy, comfortable without being boring.

  The apartment was neat, cozy and well equipped and its located quite close to the 2 main largest shopping centres in Fairview which was convinient!

  What could be improved: The cockroach was everywhere in the room. The space was too little for me, and there was no parking. It is very uncomfortable and hassle because there is no proper welcoming for arrival guests. It was like a self-service. I didn't enjoy the place sorry.

  I like how the staff named Boleng who assisted us in our stay in our room 123 at Tower 6. She constantly communicate with us if there's more she can help us of anything. She definitely gave us that extra feeling of being "homey" in our second home.
  
  What could be improved: I just spot some small cockroaches in the area of the building. I think the administrator/ management should look further on that so as to attract more visitors to come and stay more on the condotel.
