I ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because, well, why not? The grocery section at MOA is literally a five-minute walk, and honestly, eating longsilog while watching Manila Bay from your window hits different than room service. The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you settle in – it’s not flashy luxury, but everything just works the way it should.

What I really appreciated was how it strikes this balance between hotel convenience and apartment freedom. You’ve got daily housekeeping if you want it, but you can also just live your life without someone knocking on your door every morning. The location is brilliant for getting around too – Grab drivers know exactly where it is, you’re close enough to Roxas Boulevard for easy airport runs, and yet the surrounding area has this lived-in neighborhood feel once you venture beyond the immediate business park bubble. The pool area gets busy on weekends with families (remember, actual residents use it too), but weekday afternoons are pretty chill if you want to escape Manila’s intensity for a bit. Fair warning though – it’s Pasay, so traffic is what it is, but honestly, when you’re this close to MOA and the bay area, you end up walking more than you’d expect.

  The property is so nice and clean. The facilities are all good and it really got everything you need. It’s definitely worth it! How I wish that we have one more day to stay in this place to just chill and rest here at Metro. Highly recommended and would definitely love to go back.

  I booked the unit to have a place to stay while my daughter was watching a concert at MOA Arena. The building was walking distance from MOA, and it was very convenient for me and my family. The unit was clean, small but comfy. The unit owner was very accommodating to all my inquiries. The kitchen is complete with all you need for cooking. WiFi connection was fast. The TV has Netflix, YouTube, and other Streaming App. Since we live in Bulacan, we might consider booking here again when we visit MOA area for a staycation.
  
  What could be improved: Maybe replace the electric fan with a newer or quiter type. It's working, but it's a bit loud. It's an easy fix, it doesn't mess up the experience.
