  Cosy and comfortable. Easy access to T3 Manila Airport. Local food restaurants nearby.
  
  What could be improved: Old furniture, but clean and comfortable. Some chairs and table at the terrace would be nice.

  The concierge desk and security were very helpful in trying to figure out our accommodation. When we finally got a room, 3 hours after arrival, it was fine but definitely not the room we had hoped for.
  
  What could be improved: The hostess was very unaccomodating and placed blame for the lack of communication solely on me even though the dates and times were already communicated to her when I first booked. She ended up giving our room away and only gave us a partial refund for it.
