The kitchenette setup is smarter than most too – they’ve got proper plates and utensils, not those flimsy plastic things you usually find in serviced apartments. I ended up ordering way too much Grab food one night and could actually eat it like a civilized human being.

What really works about this place is the location without the chaos. You’re close enough to MOA and all that madness, but Shell Residences sits just far enough back that you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise. The lobby areas A and B are pretty sleek – modern without being cold, and the staff actually knows what they’re doing during check-in instead of fumbling around with paperwork for twenty minutes. Parking isn’t terrible either, which honestly is half the battle in this part of Manila. The whole thing feels like someone took a regular condo rental and actually thought about what would make it work as a proper hotel experience. Sure, it’s not going to wow you with fancy restaurants or a massive pool, but if you want a clean, comfortable base where you can actually relax and maybe catch up on whatever show everyone’s been telling you to watch, it hits that sweet spot perfectly.
