The studio units themselves are surprisingly spacious for what you’d expect from the name. I stayed in one during a typhoon season visit, and honestly, having that full kitchenette made all the difference when room service felt too expensive and going out meant getting absolutely drenched. The furnishings are modern without being sterile, sort of that contemporary Filipino style that actually feels lived-in rather than like a showroom.

What really struck me was how quiet it manages to be despite being so close to the airport. I mean, you’ll hear planes if you’re really listening for them, but it’s not that constant rumble that keeps you up at night. The building’s design actually blocks a lot of the street noise from Roxas Boulevard, which can get pretty intense during rush hours – and trust me, rush hour in this part of Pasay is no joke. The staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing too, which isn’t always a given in Manila. Check-in was smooth even when I arrived at an odd hour, and they actually had useful recommendations for getting around that weren’t just “take a taxi everywhere” (though honestly, Grab is your friend in this area). The pool area on the higher floors gives you this surprisingly nice view of Manila Bay, especially at sunset when the sky does that thing where it turns all orange and purple. It’s one of those moments where you remember why people fall in love with this crazy city despite all its traffic and noise. If you’re doing the typical Manila itinerary – hitting up MOA, maybe catching a show at the Arena, or just need a decent place to crash between flights – this place actually makes a lot of sense. It’s got that practical comfort thing down without breaking the bank.

  I really love the unit, it has all you need like for cooking, fridge plus the location was soooo great. The staffs are nice too. I had lots of photos in there swimming pools, I forgot to take photo of the room but rest assured its clean and very cozy.

  I like that May was very accommodating and attentive to all my questions and was able to deliver an impressive service through chat. The place is cozy and has a relaxing view. It is also very near to the Mall of Asia. The area is accessible to restaurants,gorceries and other business areas.
