  Lovely apartment within easy walk of terminal 3 airport. nice new part of the city with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. the swimming pool was amazing and not one but two air conditioners! security was also very tight.

  this place is extremely convenient, being walking distance from Terminal 3 of the airport. We arrived quite late (11pm) and the host was extremely accommodating. The apt itself is quite spacious and offers everything you need. Much better than the hotels we had stayed in Manila

  The localisation, 15 min by walk to the airport terminal 3 (Take the footbridge ;))

  The residence looks modern, and the swimming pool is like shown in the pictures. Conveniently located next to the airport. Shops and restaurants nearby. AC is available. They accommodated our early check-in which was nice.
  
  What could be improved: We booked this for a day before getting our flight back to Europe. We waited for someone to pick us up after some whatsapp messages, but in the meantime no one at security knew about this, felt very dodgy. We entered the flat and there were lots of mosquitos inside. The room had been cleaned but not sparkling clean, the carpet in the living room is very old and dirty, the shower had an open solid soap still there. I'm glad we didn't have to sleep in the bed, mattress seemed protected by plastic. We spent all our time by the pool until it was time to shower and go really.
