The Netflix thing isn’t just marketing speak either – they’ve got it set up properly on smart TVs, so you can log into your own account and binge-watch after a long flight.

I mean, let’s talk about the elephant in the room – you’re on Roxas Boulevard, which can get pretty hectic during rush hour. But here’s the thing locals know: if you’re not trying to go anywhere during peak times, this strip actually has some hidden gems. There’s this little seafood place about two blocks down that doesn’t look like much but serves incredible sisig, and the seaside promenade is actually nice for evening walks when the Manila Bay sunset hits just right. The hotel staff seems to get that most guests are either coming or going somewhere else, so they’re super efficient with everything – quick check-ins, luggage storage that actually works, and they’ll call you a reliable taxi instead of just pointing vaguely toward the street. I’ve stayed here probably six times now, and the consistency is what keeps bringing me back. Sure, it’s not the most luxurious place in the city, but when you factor in the 9.2 rating from other guests, you realize everyone’s having the same experience: clean, comfortable, convenient, and surprisingly relaxing for what could easily be just another airport hotel.   L’appartement est cosy, très propre, joliment décoré et bien situé. L’hôtesse est très sympa et elle a à coeur que tout se passe bien. Je recommande cet établissement.
  
  What could be improved: L’appartement est super pour un couple ou une personne seule. Il est en revanche trop petit pour une famille. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants (6 et 3 ans). Avec le nombre de bagages que nous avions, c’était compliqué, car c’est très étroit. De même pour les lits: pas assez de place.

  Отличные апартаменты, очень мило и уютно. Для троих взрослых немного тесновато, но нам было не принципиально. Для двоих будет вообще супер. Очень чисто, есть всё для комфортного проживания. Кровать шикарная, с удобным матрасом. Диванчик когда раскладывается, занимает всю комнату, но спать на нём комфортно. Расположение вполне устроило, до Икеи, МОА недалеко, пешком минут 10-15. Понравилось самостоятельное заселение, дверь с кодовым замком. Европейская розетка только в спальне, но там тройник, так что все наши гаджеты мы успешно зарядили, хотя сначала испугались, что розетки все неподходящие. Возникла необходимость и мы попользовались стиральной машинкой. Вот этого делать вообще не рекомендую. Слив никуда не годится, можно затопить всю ванную и соседей снизу. Есть тазик, подставляли его под сливной шланг. В общем, опыт негативный. Но если хотите экстрима, стирайте) Хозяин очень отзывчивый, всегда на связи. Вернемся ли в следующий раз? Однозначно да!

  Outstanding 4-Night Stay!
  Me & my parents had a fantastic experience during our 4-night stay at this condo hotel. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect—close to MOA.shops, restaurants, and attractions. I especially appreciated the comfort and convenience of having a full kitchen and living area. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays!

  Excellent property, nicely decorated, modern and has all the facilities you need. The location of the property is great. Walking distance from MOA and a short taxi drive to Ayala mall and 15 minutes from Manila airport. The host Jazz was excellent and was extremely attentive. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying hear again.
