Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to BSA Twin Towers on Bank Drive, I wasn’t expecting much from the name alone. But you know what? This four-star property actually surprised me in the best way possible. The twin tower design isn’t just for show either; they’ve got the layout figured out so you’re not wandering endless hallways like some places in Ortigas Center.

The location is what really sold me, though. You’re literally in the heart of the business district – I mean, you can walk to Robinsons Galleria in about eight minutes (I timed it), and if you need to get to Megamall, it’s a quick jeepney ride or grab. What I loved most was how quiet my room stayed despite being so central. The building seems well-insulated from all that EDSA traffic noise, which honestly was my biggest worry booking a place right in Manila’s business hub. The staff at check-in were genuinely helpful too – not just going through the motions like some hotels around here.

Here’s the thing about staying in Ortigas: you’re close to everything but you pay for it, and BSA Twin Towers hits that sweet spot where you get the convenience without the ridiculous rates of some of the bigger chain hotels nearby. The rooms are clean and well-maintained (I stayed on the 12th floor with a decent city view), though don’t expect cutting-edge luxury – it’s more like solid, dependable comfort. The WiFi actually worked well in my room, which I can’t say about every hotel I’ve tried in this area. One small thing that bugged me was the elevator wait times during peak hours, but I guess that’s what happens when you’ve got two towers sharing the same lobby area. Still, for the price point and location, I’d definitely book here again, especially if I’m in Manila for business meetings around the financial district.

Early hotels booking in Manila requires advance planning during peak tourist seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s historic sites, modern shopping centers, and Filipino cultural attractions.

  Excellent location. Just a few feet from SM Megamall so there are a lot of food choices. It's a good value for money. The staff are helpful and friendly, kudos to all of them specially the housekeeping guy and front desk associates. No long wait at the elevator. Gym facility is sufficient.
  
  What could be improved: Found a couple of small roaches. I read in previous YT videos about the same findings. I think it's a systemic issue so even if pest control is done in one room, it'll just move to the next; Therefore, a whole building pest control should be performed.

  What could be improved: As with other Manila hotels, it is slow and tedious to check-in. Things have to be hand-written, copied etc. It's like some other cities 40 years ago.
  The same applies to check-out. I doubt if anybody likes to wait 15 minutes while the room is checked to see if the guest has stolen something.

  Breakfast was great. Many options and a great variety of different Filipino entrees and breads. The staff remembers what we like. For example, cooking our sunny side up eggs. Super friendly staff at breakfast, the front desk, bell service, and housekeeping.
  
  What could be improved: As usual, we didn't like the bugs and pests that pervades the room. Though management tries to have pest control, they do come out eventually. Housekeeping will spray upon request. If not for the hotel's proximity to Megamall, we probably won't come back. But we do because of it and it's friendly staff.

  Location will be 100% to pick this hotel. It is across from SM Mega Mall. Plenty of selections for food, restaurants and shopping. Staff was amazing. Thanks to everyone, especially Rodel who was there for us most of the time.
  
  What could be improved: Third time staying here, building is dated. BSA Twin Towers could see more visitors and tourists if they do a little bit of renovation. Overall it’s still a decent and happy place to stay.

  it was an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a prime area, just a short walk away from major shopping malls like SM Megamall, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Its location also provides easy access to other parts of the city, which is a big plus.
