I mean, sure, it’s not going to wow you with marble lobbies or concierge services, but what it lacks in fancy amenities it makes up for with genuine comfort and that homey vibe you don’t usually get in hotels. The units are surprisingly spacious (I stayed in what felt like an actual apartment), and honestly, the kitchenette was a game-changer for someone like me who gets tired of restaurant food after a few days. The building itself is pretty quiet – I was worried about noise being in a residential complex, but the soundproofing is solid. You’ll hear the occasional hum of city life, but nothing that’ll keep you up at night.

What really sold me on this place is how it sits perfectly between the business district energy and residential calm. You’re close enough to Ortigas Center that you can walk to major malls and offices, but far enough that you’re not dealing with the constant traffic chaos. The staff actually knows the neighborhood – they pointed me toward this amazing local eatery just a few blocks down that I never would’ve found otherwise. The 8.5 rating on booking sites makes total sense once you spend a night there – it’s one of those places that just works without trying too hard to impress you.   The property is located in a guarded community that is safe. The efficient air-conditioning kept the place cool even during the hottest day. Additionally, having a washing machine available was incredibly convenient. One of the highlights of this accommodation is its proximity to a mall with popular restaurants and recreational establishments, and supermarkets.
