Yeah, Manila traffic is what it is, but being right there in Barangay Highway Hills puts you in this sweet spot where you can actually get places without spending your entire day in a jeepney or taxi. The towers themselves are these sleek modern things, and when you’re up on the 40th floor in units 4006 or 4007, the city just spreads out below you in a way that makes all the chaos down there seem almost peaceful. The check-in process was smoother than I expected too – no standing around for ages while they figure out your reservation, which honestly happens more often than it should in this city.

What I really appreciated was how they’ve thought about the little things that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The “comfortable living” part of the name isn’t just marketing fluff – they’ve actually set these units up so you can settle in properly. The kitchen setup is functional enough that you can avoid eating out for every single meal (your wallet will thank you), and there’s decent storage space, which sounds boring but trust me, matters a lot when you’re trying to live out of a suitcase. The Wi-Fi actually works consistently, which… well, if you’ve stayed in Manila before, you know that’s not always a given. I spent quite a few evenings just hanging out on the balcony area, watching the city lights come on – it’s got this unexpectedly calming vibe despite being right in the thick of everything. The building’s quiet too, at least the units I stayed in were. You get some street noise during the day obviously, being so close to EDSA, but it dies down enough at night that you can actually sleep without earplugs. Look, it’s not going to blow your mind with fancy amenities or over-the-top service, but sometimes what you want is just a really solid, well-thought-out place to stay that doesn’t make you think about what’s wrong with your room every five minutes.

  Friendly sec guards and staff. Courteous , helpful and proactive.. Place is great, location and value for money. Perfect for family group of 6- 8
  
  What could be improved: Suggesting probably using a different washroom cleaning agent. I don't like the smell of classic LYSOL, And maybe add on dryer for those who wanted to wash and wear. Nevertheless a great place to stay for business or vacation .My mom loves it too.

  Ideal place to stay with friends for a staycation, wifi is great, near to malls (walking distance) and helpful owner/caretaker.
  
  What could be improved: Initially we thought the rooms were connected. But you need to get out of the hall to go to the other room. It was a minor inconvenience but both rooms are almost identical except only one room has a washing machine and a place to hang clothes, then the couch (one was uncomfortable to sleep on). Despite the differences, everything else was great.

  We had a great stay at the Iconic. We thought it was a 2 bedroom apartment, rather it was 2 units of 1br each, which was pleasant also as we have more space to keep our luggages. Amenities were as promised and basic bathroom and kitchen toiletries were provided. Although the units were in the high floors, we didnt have any problem with the elevator use, 3 units were working and no long wait time. Will book again next time.
