You know what? I wasn’t expecting much from a condo rental in Makati – honestly, I figured it’d be one of those sterile corporate housing situations. But The Milano Residences by Versace Stylish 1BR Condo completely changed my mind about what a four-star rental could actually deliver. The moment I walked into that lobby, I mean, the Versace touches are everywhere but not in that over-the-top way you might imagine. It’s more subtle – the patterns, the colors, the way even the elevator buttons feel substantial under your fingers.

The location in Makati is honestly perfect if you’re doing business in the area. I could walk to most of my meetings, and when I needed a break from all the corporate stuff, Greenbelt was right there with decent restaurants and that whole outdoor shopping thing that actually doesn’t feel too touristy. What I really appreciated – and this is something you don’t think about until you’re there – is how quiet it gets at night despite being in the middle of everything. The building’s set back enough from Ayala Avenue that you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise, but close enough that grabbing a taxi or Grab is never an issue.

The actual condo itself surprised me. I’ve stayed in plenty of serviced apartments that feel like someone just threw together whatever furniture was on sale, but this place has some thought behind it. The kitchen‘s small but functional – I actually cooked a couple times, which I rarely do when traveling. The bed’s comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that hotel-bed back ache, and the shower pressure is solid (honestly, that matters more than people admit). My only real complaint? The Wi-Fi got a bit spotty during peak evening hours, probably when everyone in the building was streaming or on video calls. But during the day it was perfectly fine for work calls and all that. The building amenities are pretty standard – pool, gym, the usual – but they’re well-maintained and never felt overcrowded. I’d definitely stay here again, especially since the value for what you get is really hard to beat in that part of Manila.

  Very swift check in, our contact in the property is always available for any questions you may have. The property itself has a great view and provides all amenities you need.
