My room was on a higher floor facing the bay, and I’ll tell you – watching the sunset over Manila Bay from up there never got old during my stay. The rooms themselves are thoughtfully designed, not just decorated. Good lighting for actually reading, outlets where you need them, and the bathroom had one of those rainfall showers that actually works properly (you’d be amazed how often hotels mess that up).

What I really appreciated was how they handle the practical stuff. Parking is straightforward – no circling around for twenty minutes trying to figure out where to leave your car. The location on Roxas puts you close enough to Malate and Ermita that you can walk to decent restaurants, but you’re not dealing with the chaos of being right in the thick of tourist central. Late at night, it’s actually pretty quiet considering you’re in one of the busiest parts of the metro. The 9.4 rating makes sense when you experience how smoothly everything runs – from check-in to housekeeping to the front desk helping with directions. I stayed during what locals warned me would be a particularly busy time, but the service never felt rushed or impersonal. Honestly, it’s the kind of place where you can tell the management actually cares about the guest experience rather than just hitting occupancy numbers. If you’re looking for something that feels polished without being sterile, and you want to be positioned well for exploring the city without paying premium prices for a location right in Makati, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  War alles bestens organisiert, ich konnte 1,5 Stunden früher einchecken als üblich. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und auch das WLAN war schnell und zuverlässig. Wir hatten freien Zugang zu einem riesigen Pool in der 6. Etage und zu einem gut ausgestatteten Fitness Center was dort ebenfalls war. Die Lage war ebenfalls super in der Manila Bay, direkt gegenüber von Star City. Vor Ort gab es auch ein Restaurant, einen Minimarkt und eine Bank mit ATM.

  A great place to stay. Excellent location and the apartment was as fantastic space for us to relax. Facilities on site were good too. Special mention to Jen Lao who was so helpful.
