But this place actually gets it right. The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this understated elegance that doesn’t scream “look at me” like some of the flashier towers nearby. The four-star rating makes sense once you’re inside – it’s not trying to be the Shangri-La, but it’s definitely a step above your typical serviced apartment.

The one-bedroom unit I stayed in was surprisingly spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that give you proper views of the Fort Bonifacio area (and trust me, that matters when you’re dealing with Manila’s concrete jungle). What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being on Le Grand Avenue – the soundproofing actually works, which is saying something in this city. The kitchen setup is legit too, not just some mini-fridge situation. I ended up cooking a few meals because the nearby Bonifacio High Street can get pricey, and having a proper stovetop and full-size refrigerator made all the difference. The building’s amenities are solid without being over the top – there’s a decent pool area where you can actually relax without fighting crowds, and the gym has equipment that’s actually maintained.

Location-wise, you’re in the sweet spot of BGC without the premium prices of staying right in the business district. Walking to High Street takes maybe ten minutes, and if you’re heading to Makati for work or meetings, the commute is totally manageable. I particularly liked being close to Market! Market! – sounds touristy, I know, but their food court is actually where locals eat, and the grocery selection beats most hotel concierge recommendations. The staff here genuinely seems to care about making your stay work, not just going through hospitality motions. Check-in was smooth, and when I had an issue with the air conditioning (it happens in the Philippines), maintenance showed up within the hour. Honestly, for extended stays or if you want the comfort of a proper apartment without the hassle of a long-term lease, this place delivers. The 9.1 rating it’s pulling makes perfect sense – it’s not flashy Instagram material, but it’s the kind of place you’d actually want to come back to.

  I love the location and the setup was cozy. Everything was there except for the water.
  
  What could be improved: First, the bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. The pillow was too high, and the bed was too curvy even without a person lying on it. If two people are on the bed, you’ll roll in the middle of the bed. We slept in the bedroom for only one night, but we didn’t sleep well. The rest of the four nights, we slept on the sofa bed in the living room, which was small, but at least we managed.
  
  Second, the washroom was too smelly. Maybe because of the drainage.
  
  Lastly, there was no water available inside so we needed to walk to 7/11 or Venice Mall.

  Aldrin(owner) is very responsive. The location is great, it's near to our office, walking distance. It's also near to Venice, incase you like to hang out :-). The room is clean, ang ganda din ng interior. Super organize. Best is separate ang room and yung salas. It feels like you staying in a hotel and yet the price is very affordable. Thank you!
