Unit 314 on Tower 1 has this surprisingly spacious layout, and whoever Phil is, he’s got decent taste in furnishings. The kitchen actually works (I tested it with some takeout from the food court), and there’s enough counter space to spread out if you’re the type who likes to eat breakfast while checking emails. What really impressed me was how quiet it stays at night – you’d think being this close to Seaside Boulevard would mean constant traffic noise, but the building’s positioned well enough that you mostly just get the distant hum of Pasay settling down for the evening.

The four-star rating feels about right, though I’d say it leans more toward the comfort side than luxury. The Wi-Fi is solid (crucial when you’re trying to upload vacation photos), and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, which – let’s be honest – isn’t always a given in this part of Manila. Getting around from here is pretty straightforward too; there’s decent parking if you’re driving, and if you’re not, the jeepney routes along Seaside Boulevard can get you pretty much anywhere you need to go. I actually walked to the bay area one morning, and it’s maybe a 10-minute stroll if you don’t mind weaving through the early commuter crowd. The area gets busy during mall hours, obviously, but mornings and late evenings have this nice residential vibe where you can actually hear the ocean if you listen for it. Phil’s clearly put thought into the little details – good water pressure, enough outlets for your devices, and the kind of blackout curtains that actually work when you want to sleep in after a long day exploring the city.

  Our recent week-long stay at this hotel was truly fantastic, and a big part of that was due to the incredible staff. The hotel's amenities were great, but it was the personal touch and genuine helpfulness that made our experience so memorable.

Her dedication and positive attitude made everything so much easier for us, and we truly appreciated her efforts. She is a real asset to your team.

  What could be improved: But only one time I asked a favor of the guy (maintenance) to fix our clogged toilet, but the guy refused. I even asked to borrow a plunger to do it myself, but he said to go to the main office and ask myself. Thankfully, there is a YouTube video to give us an idea of how to do it without a plunger.😅But other than that, everything was very good!

  I loved that the care taker(Ms.Myra) was very accomodating.She had given us all the important Infos that we needed.The Condotel was also very clean and cozy.

  The host was very responsive to our needs even before check-in, providing clear instructions regarding parking and the check-in process. Ate Myra warmly greeted and assisted us upon arrival, ensuring we understood everything about the unit. She went above and beyond our expectations, making sure we received our drinking water, explaining how to use the amenities and facilities, and checking in with us throughout our stay. Even up until check-out, she ensured we had a smooth and enjoyable experience.

  Myra (the caretaker) was wonderful! It’s centrally located and very close to stores, laundromat and MOA.
  
  What could be improved: A bit tight for 7 people. You can hear the traffic from the bedroom. Blackout blinds would be very helpful in the bedrooms. Also, needing some maintenance and up keeping. The kitchen sink and bathroom sink are clogged. Quite a few furnitures in a tight space.
