The four-star setup here is pretty solid – they’ve got that modern Filipino hospitality thing down where the staff genuinely seems happy to help rather than just going through the motions. Check-in was smooth (I got there around 2 PM on a Tuesday, so maybe I just hit a good time), and the lobby area has this clean, contemporary feel without being sterile. What I really appreciated was the room setup – it’s more spacious than you’d expect, with actual storage space and a decent work area if you need to get stuff done. The air conditioning works well too, which honestly can be hit or miss in Manila area hotels, especially during the hotter months.

Here’s the thing about staying in this part of Taguig – you’re positioned really well for exploring without dealing with the chaos of central Manila every single day. BGC is close enough for business meetings or that fancy dinner scene, but you can also easily get to local spots that feel more authentically Filipino. The area around Grace Residence has some solid local eateries within walking distance (there’s this small place that does excellent sisig that I stumbled on), and you’ve got both convenience stores and actual grocery options nearby. Parking wasn’t an issue when I was there, though I imagine weekends might be different. The 8.6 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Manila, but it delivers on the basics really well and throws in some nice touches that show they’re paying attention. The Wi-Fi actually worked consistently, the housekeeping was thorough, and the overall noise level stayed manageable even with other guests around. If you’re looking for something that feels more like a comfortable base than a flashy hotel experience, and you want to be in Taguig without paying BGC prices, this place hits that sweet spot pretty well.

  Outstanding condo extraordinary kitchen well equipped, the worktop is a huge beautiful comfortable bed, Netflix YouTube television, a balcony beautiful view of Garden; The host is extremely very professional and helps a lot.

  Easy to collect guest pass and keys on arrival, apartment was cute with lots of things crammed in. From what I remember the wifi was ok too. We had good access to the airport.
  
  What could be improved: When collecting the keys we had to surrender both our passports which I felt was unnecessary- most places just take one or photocopy them. It was a bit of a worry to us as we were checking out early for the airport and afraid we would forget them. I also tried to use the swimming pool but was told by security I couldn't because I had to register and pay something maybe but the desk was closed. On reflection, I think all I had to do was show him the 'guest pass' we had been given and maybe he would have let me swim. Just something to be aware of- to show the guest pass if asked about using the swimming pool.

  I like that it's complete with appliances, furniture's and fixtures, utensils, and cleaning materials. It's like living in your own house. I prepare this idea compared to hotels where everything you need should be requested first and you pay for it. Unlike here, everything you need is at reach with your hands – I can cook, do a little laundry, iron my clothes, work on my laptop, watch movie, etc.
  
  What could be improved: I saw few baby cockroaches lurking around. I'm not surprise though, these insects can really be everywhere in five star hotels. It'll be nicer though if there are no sightings of them.

  I would like to say i had a brilliant time and experience at this property and would recommend it to anybody who visits the Philippines. On my last day to leave my flight was late in the evening and requested if i could stay for extra hours after my check out which they let me to do so without charge. I appreciate this a lot and thanks for the service. 5 star place to stay!!!
