The internet is actually fast enough to stream without buffering every five minutes, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed in Manila.

The view they’re bragging about? Yeah, it’s legit. You’re looking out over the BGC skyline, and if you time it right – I’m talking around 6:30 PM – you get this perfect golden hour lighting that makes all those glass towers look almost magical. I spent way too many evenings just sitting there with a beer from the 7-Eleven downstairs, watching the city light up. The room itself is clean and modern without being sterile, though I will say the shower pressure could be better (not terrible, just not great). What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night. You’d think being so close to everything would mean constant traffic noise, but the building seems to block most of it out. The air conditioning works properly too, which – let’s be real – is non-negotiable when you’re dealing with Manila humidity. Parking was surprisingly easy, which anyone who’s driven around BGC will tell you is basically a miracle. Check-in was smooth, no weird hidden fees or confusing explanations about the WiFi password. Just straightforward and friendly. If you’re planning to stay during the holidays or peak season, definitely book ahead because places like this that actually deliver on their promises fill up fast.

  The cleanliness, large size, and location of the apartment were the highlights for us as we were a group of eight with young kids. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, the location is very close to restaurants and easily walkable to shops. We stayed here for a week and were very happy to come back to a welcoming apartment after long days exploring.
  
  What could be improved: There wasn't a lot we didn't like. We noticed a couple of things not working in the apartment, but they were quickly fixed by Venica, which we really appreciated. Hopefully, the apartment will continue to be maintained in the future as we would love to come back and stay here again.

  It was our Perfect Stay! I love everything in this place first the host Venica she was very attentive in all my request, very spacious for a big group and everything is provided in the property very comfy bed and pellows. I will be back for sure.
